Over the years, I’ve had the chance to share this work in ways I never expected, speaking at retreats, leading workshops, writing and joining conversations on podcasts that go deep into healing, energy and intuition.

Training & Practice

I’m trained as a Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Master, Crystal Reiki Master, Advanced Crystal Master, Certified Moonologer and Akashic Records Guide. My learning hasn’t stopped with certifications. I continue to deepen my practice through mentorship and studies in energy work, intuitive development and trauma-informed care. Every bit of that training supports how I hold space, teach, and show up for the women I work with.
