Think of the Akashic Records as a soul-level archive, a space of consciousness that holds the energetic imprint of your past, present, and what’s possible moving forward. When we access your Records, it can bring clarity, perspective and a deeper understanding of what’s showing up in your life right now.
How to Prepare for Your Reading
Sessions are available over Zoom or in person.
One-hour readings can be done in person if requested when booking.
There’s nothing you have to do to prepare, but a little reflection beforehand can help you get more out of your session.
If we’re meeting over Zoom, find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. Set up your device in a way that lets you relax and stay present, with your camera on for the session.
Take a few moments to check in with yourself. What’s been showing up lately? What are you feeling curious about? The best questions often come from that space. Open-ended questions tend to bring the most insight, something like “What do I need to know about this situation?” instead of “Will this happen?”
Come to your session with openness and trust. The Records tend to reveal exactly what you need in the moment, even if it’s not what you thought you were looking for. You may also want to keep a journal nearby to jot down anything that stands out.
If you're joining in person, you’re welcome to record the session if you’d like to revisit what came through.
