We at Crystalline Healing Work are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This site collects some personal data from its users. Information collection, purpose and use

While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Data Retention

We process and store your personal data for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

Therefore

Personal data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between us and the user will be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal data collected for the purpose of our legitimate interests will be retained as long as needed to fill such purposes.
We may be allowed to retain personal data for longer period whenever the user has given consent to search processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn
We may be obligated to retain personal data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once your retention period expires, personal data will be deleted and some of your rights (e.g. the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability) cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period. Your Rights

Users have the right to do the following;

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Unfortunately, no method of transfer mission over the Internet is completely secure. Well we strive to use commercial settlements to check your person for mission, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Disclaimer

I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed practitioner or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
