The Session Flow
We start with a chat
We’ll check in on what’s been coming up for you and where you’d like support. It’s a chance to settle in and make sure the session meets you where you are.
Time to receive
You’ll lie down, get cozy, and let the energy flow. I’ll channel Reiki to clear and balance your system, place crystals intuitively to support your healing, and tune in to any messages meant for you.
A personalized experience
Every session is different—because your energy is different. Some people feel warmth, tingles, or deep relaxation. Others experience emotional releases or moments of clarity. Whatever comes up, it’s all welcome.
After your session
I’ll share any intuitive messages or guidance that came through and offer simple ways to carry that healing with you into daily life.
Distance Sessions Work Just as Powerfully
If you're booking a distance session, know that it’s just as supportive and effective as in-person. Energy isn’t bound by time or space, it flows where it’s needed.
All you need is a quiet space to relax and receive. We’ll connect before your session, and afterward I’ll share anything that came through and how it may support you.
Whether we’re in the same room or across the country, Reiki meets you exactly where you are.

We’ll start with three Reiki sessions to support your energy layer by layer. Then, when the time feels right, your fourth session brings it all together with Reiki in the Records. This in-person session blends intuitive energy work with the insight of the Akashic Records for deeper clarity and healing.
