These sessions offer space to slow down, let your body settle and release what's been quietly building.I work with Reiki and crystals, guided by what your body and energy are asking for in the moment.
You don’t need to explain everything or have a clear intention. We start where you are.
What a Session Is Like
We begin with a short check-in. Just a few minutes to land and name how you’re feeling.
Then you’ll lie down fully clothed and get comfortable. I work with Reiki and crystals, placing them where they’re needed and following the flow of your energy.
Some people feel physical sensations like warmth, tingling or deep relaxation. Some notice emotions moving through. Some feel very little during the session but notice shifts afterward. There’s no right way to experience it.
After the session, we talk through anything that came up and I share any intuitive insights that feel relevant as you move forward.

Distance sessions are just as effective as in-person work.
Energy isn’t limited by location. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space where you can rest. I’ll follow up afterward with anything that came through and how it may support you.

We begin with three Reiki sessions to give your energy time to settle. Then we bring everything together with a Reiki in the Records session, blending energy work with perspective from the Akashic Records.
