This session brings Reiki and the Akashic Records together in one space.
Reiki works with your energy and your body. The Records offer insight into what’s been showing up and why. We don’t separate the two. They move together. This work is slower. Deeper. And often brings clarity that sticks.
Offered in person in Calgary.
What Makes Reiki in the Records Different?
This session brings together two parts of my work that naturally belong together. Reiki works with your energy and your body. The Akashic Records offer insight into what’s been shaping what you’re experiencing. When they’re woven together, things tend to move more clearly.
As the energy shifts, information often comes through at the same time. Patterns make more sense. Questions land differently. You’re not just releasing something, you’re also understanding it.
We move at your pace. You can ask questions as we go or simply rest and receive.
Every session unfolds a little differently, because you do too.
What to Expect
We’ll start with a short check-in. A chance to arrive, settle and share what’s been on your mind or in your body lately.
You’ll lie down fully clothed, like a Reiki session. Once you’re comfortable, I’ll open your Records and begin the energy work. As things shift, I’ll share what I’m noticing. You’re welcome to ask questions at any point or stay quiet and rest. Both are part of the work.
Some sessions feel very physical.
Some feel emotional.
Some feel calm and steady in a way that’s hard to describe.
There’s no right way for it to unfold.
We end by talking through anything that came up and what might support you as you move back into everyday life.

How to Prepare for Your Session
There’s nothing you need to do ahead of time.
If something’s been sitting with you, you might jot it down or think about it beforehand. You’re welcome to bring questions, even if they’re messy or unfinished.
You’re also welcome to record the session if you’d like to revisit it later.
This session is offered in person in Calgary.
